COMMERCIALS

Loan amount : Minimum ₹ 5,000 to maximum ₹ 1,00,000

Rate of interest / Annual Percentage Rate (APR): Minimum 16% per year to maximum 24% per year

Repayment tenure: Minimum 3 Months to maximum 12 Months

Processing fee : 2% of the loan amount

GST: 18% of Processing Fee

Prepayment fee : Nil

Late fee : 24% APR would be charged on a daily basis on the outstanding dues. Bank may also levy charges in case of a ENACH bounce.

EXAMPLE

Loan Amount : ₹50,000

Tenure : 12 months

Interest rate : 22% (on Reducing Principal Balance interest calculation)

EMI amount : ₹4,680

Total interest payable: ₹4,680 x 12 months - ₹50,000 Principal = ₹6,160

Processing fee (incl. GST): ₹1,180

Disbursed amount: ₹50,000 - ₹1,1180 = ₹48,820

Total amount payable: ₹4,680 x 12 months = ₹56,160

Total cost of the loan = Interest + Processing fee = ₹6,160 + ₹1,180 = ₹7,340

For loan withdrawn between 1st and 15th of the month, the first EMI will be due on the 5th day of the next month and for any loan withdrawn between 16th and till the end of the month, the first EMI will be due on the 5th day of the month, next to the subsequent one.
